In your Facebook Profile’s “About” section there is a map of places you have visited or lived. You can add places to this section by adding a “Places” post to your Timeline. Here is how to do that:

In your Timeline, click on “More” under your cover photo
Select “Places”
Click on “Add Places”
Enter the name of the of the place you want to add
Select the type of post you want to share (eg. Visited, Lived etc.)
Fill the relavant details of the post and click “Post”

Note: These posts that you add to your map, will also appear in your Timeline.

With privacy slowly becoming a major concern in social networking sites, it is important to keep an eye on what information you are giving out. Your facebook timeline is one of the places where you can unintentionally give out information publicly. So its critical to Check how your facebook timeline looks to others.

Here is how to Check How My Facebook Timeline Looks to Others

To check what your friends, other users and public can see on your timeline, you can use the built-in “View As” tool. This is how to use it:

Go to your Timeline and click on the button “…“
Click on “View As…” in the dropdown menu.
Now You will see what your Timeline looks to the public. To see how your Timeline appears to someone in specific (friend, collegue, relative ect.) click “View as Specific Person“, type their name in the text box and press enter.

Android: How to Set Mobile Data Limit

If you are using Android ICS or above there is a simple way to keep track of your Mobile Data Usage.

Go to Settings and select Data Usage.
Drag the orange line and set it to approx 75% of your allowed Monthly data usage. When your usage crosses this limit a warning notification will be given to you.
Drag the Red line and set it to approx 95% of your allowed Monthly data usage. When your usage crosses this limit your Mobile Data will automatically be disabled
Set your data usage cycle based on when your bill cycle starts and ends.

Note: The Data usage of your phone may vary slightly from your carrier’s tracking(this is why we limit your usage to 95% of your quota)

Here is how to disable Mobile Data:

Go to Settings and select Data Usage.

To Disable Mobile data, toggle the setting on top of the page from ON to OFF.

The Nexus 5 is capable of taking live photos while recording a video. Here is how to do it:

Start recording a video using Google Camera
While recording, simply tap the screen in the part showing the video to take a picture. A flash of white on screen will confirm that a picture was taken.

These pictures are limited by the resolution of video being recorded. If you are recording a Full HD video, the picture will be of the size 1920×1080 pixels
